Maintenance

After each move out a member of Management inspects the unit for needed repairs. A maintenance employee completes the repairs. Once the repairs are completed a contract painter, cleaner, and carpet cleaner complete services in the unit.

Yes! We have 24/7 on-site maintenance for any emergencies that may arise after hours.

You can submit a work order request through the resident services account, call or email us at the office.

Maintenance issues are addressed on a case by case basis.

You do not need to be present. A door hanger will be left letting you know what work was completed, who completed the work, the time in and the time out of the apartment.

You are able to contact the leasing office for a replacement key; once your identity is verified of course. If it's after hours you can contact the 24/7 maintenance employee for assistance.
